My Review ⤵️
I have been a fan of Mike Russell’s work for a long time now, this is an author who has an amazing ability to pull you into his worlds, enchanting and engaging you, making you think deeply about the words he writes and the universes he creates.
‘The Man Whose Wife Was The Moon’ is the typical Mike Russell story, very deep, plenty of hidden meanings within the text and just plain bizarre and powerful storytelling!
We meet Arthur Hart, a man with a strange obsession with the moon. He has a wife called Molly who he comes to believe is in fact, the moon. This odd belief gets him into some very tricky and comical situations. The things he comes out with are guaranteed to make you chuckle and shake your head!
The author’s style of writing and storytelling is unique and quite fascinating in some respects and I absolutely love this about his books!
4 star read!
